My name is Cooper Morrow. I started my journey studying for two years at Indiana University before stepping full-time into the excavation world. From working in the trenches as a laborer to now operating as a takeoff engineer, I’ve seen firsthand how critical accurate planning is to a successful project. Over the years, I’ve committed myself to mastering Insite and Trimble systems through both classroom and field training, building a deep understanding of how to create reliable, efficient models that crews can count on. Now, at 25 and a proud father to a beautiful 2-year-old daughter, I’m working hard to grow my small Indiana-based business by offering fast, high-quality takeoff reports and GPS-ready models to contractors who need someone who truly gets the job—both on paper and in the field.

At Precision Takeoff IN, we’re a small-town operation with big goals. Founded by Cooper Morrow, a dedicated takeoff engineer with over two years of hands-on experience, we specialize in providing detailed grading, utility, and site modeling data for contractors using Insite and Trimble software. Cooper has completed all available online and in-person training programs for both Insite and Trimble—including classroom and onsite instruction—to master every aspect of the workflow from design files to GPS-ready data. Our mission is to bring that expertise beyond Indiana, helping contractors across the country streamline their bids, reduce rework, and build with confidence.
